I m proud to know the author Lisa didn t waste any time getting into the action, always raising the stakes It was intense and a quick read for it Spoiler.I couldn t help but think that Ray was wrong that the cops couldn t prove his involvement his blood was in the car too This story is a good argument against one night stands, that s for sure

Ms Kovanda s short story drops the reader right into the thick of it, and the reader immediately has that eerie feeling that something bad is going to happen and boy does it ever The pacing quickens as the narrator s world spins out of control, leaving the reader just as breathless as the narrator during the ultimate face off.
