Such a fun book. A nerd, a punk, and a tomboy unite in this classic story of kids knowing what is going on and none of the parents believing them that a mutant slime is eating the neighborhood pets and moving on to the neighbors. A favorite when I was young and good enough to still make me laugh out loud.

  2. Rick Davis says:

I remember after I read this going to the school library to find everything I could about fungi. Just...in...case...

  3. Patrick Tumblety says:

As a kid, I loved it, yet still thought it wasn't as good as some goosebumps. :) I'm definitely going to buy it again!

  4. Holly Miniea says:

Reading it before Sylvester (7 years old) does to make sure it's appropriate.
