    Very excellent book Clear explanations and easy to follow directions, it did mehelp than any other technique book I have ever read I learned a lot and I started as a good cook so that is saying a lot I would give a copy of this to anyone who wants to learn how to cook for themselves and to anyone what wants to be a better cook this is already on my Christmas list for my niece and for my brother in law.
